Shipping policy

Each Soléa piece is carefully packaged and sent from our studio in New Zealand. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey home to you. 

New Zealand Shipping:

Standard delivery: $7.90
Rural Delivery: $11.90
Free shipping over $99
Local pick-up from our studio is available at checkout

Please note delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

Returns:

We want you to love your Soléa piece as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at hello@soleatextiles.co.nz with your order number and details.

Once your order is received and approved, we'll process a refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs). 
Please note, as our pieces are crafted by hand, slight variations in texture and colour are natural and part of their charm, these are not considered faults. 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
